HALLia VENEZiA – a special kind of carnival
The spectacle takes place every year exactly eight days before Carnival Monday in the picturesque old town of Schwäbisch Hall. Get enchanted by the mysterious play of masks where everyone can participate.
Dear fans of the Venetian Carnival!
We are pleased to be able to celebrate Hallia Venezia again in the usual way this season, on February 12, 2023. Preparations are in full swing.
If there are any changes at short notice due to Corona or other circumstances, we will inform here.
20th of February 2022 (12 am – 4 pm)
the masks are crossing the city again.
HALLia VENEZiA peaks out at the stairs of the church St. Michael with the great parade of masks starting at 2 pm.
Note on arrival: from 9 am the city center of Schwäbisch Hall is closed. Who wants to come with heavy luggage to the changing rooms, can drive in shortly before. Helpers will be on site from 9 a.m. so that bags can be left inside.
All parking garages are accessible. We recommend to use the parking garage of Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall in Ziegeleiweg (free of charge, 10 minutes walk to the market place).
